Terms & Conditions

The terms governing your use of futurecxo.in — eligibility, acceptable use, opportunity data, liability and termination.

Acceptance of these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and [REGISTERED ENTITY NAME], the operator of futurecxo.in(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use futurecxo.in.

They should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

Definitions

  • Member — a person with a futurecxo.in account.
  • Opportunity — a leadership role shown on the platform, whether compiled from a public listing or submitted by a member.
  • Vacancy Submission — details of a role a member submits to us for review.
  • Application — an expression of interest you send through the platform.
  • Administrator — a member of our staff with platform administration rights.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. futurecxo.in is built for senior leadership — C-suite, VP and above, director, general manager, country head, president and equivalent head-of roles. We may decline, limit or close an account that falls outside that scope.

A “Verified C-Suite Member” indicator reflects that you confirmed your email address, declared a leadership role and completed your profile. It is not a background check, an employment verification, or an endorsement by us of your seniority or record.

Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep it current.
  • One account per person. Do not share it or let anyone else use it.
  • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Changing your sign-in email requires confirmation at the new address before it takes effect.
  • Tell us at info@seccomply.net if you suspect unauthorised use.

Content you provide

You keep ownership of everything you provide — your profile, your résumé, your watchlist notes and your vacancy submissions. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to host, store, process and display that content strictly to operate the service for you.

That licence includes disclosing your name, email address, current role, company and résumé to the member who submitted a vacancy when you apply to it. Ending your account ends the licence, subject to the retention described in our Privacy Policy.

Submitting a vacancy

Members may submit roles they know about. Every submission is reviewed by an administrator and moves through a defined lifecycle:

  • Pending — received and awaiting review.
  • Approved — accepted, but not yet visible to other members.
  • Published — live on the platform as an opportunity.
  • Unpublished — withdrawn from the live feed and returned to approved.
  • Rejected — declined, with the record retained for audit.

Only administrators can approve, publish, unpublish, edit or reject a submission. We are under no obligation to publish anything and give no timescale for review. We may decline a submission that falls outside our senior-leadership scope, cannot be verified, duplicates an existing listing, or that we suspect is fraudulent or misleading. We will email you when your submission is received and again when it is decided, including any note from the reviewing administrator.

Third-party details you submit

A submission may include a recruiter or hiring contact’s name, email address and phone number, and the original message you received. That is personal data about somebody else, so when you submit it you warrant that:

  • the role is genuine and you are entitled to share it;
  • you have a lawful basis to give us those contact details, including anything you paste into the message field;
  • you are not passing on confidential documents, or information you are under an obligation not to disclose;
  • the details are accurate to the best of your knowledge and not misleading about who is hiring.

You indemnify us against claims arising from a breach of those warranties. Anyone whose details we hold this way can contact info@seccomply.net to have them corrected or removed.

Applying to an opportunity

When you apply, the member who submitted that vacancy receives your name, email address, current role and company, and can open your résumé through a short-lived link. We are not a party to whatever follows, we do not screen or endorse the member receiving your application, and we have no involvement in any hiring decision.

You can withdraw an application. Doing so prevents further access to your documents but cannot recall anything already downloaded.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, harvest or otherwise extract opportunities or member data by automated means, or export them in bulk;
  • use the platform to solicit, market to or spam other members;
  • post fake, misleading, discriminatory or unlawful listings;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, role restrictions or another member’s privacy;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your role, employer or authority;
  • upload malware, or files intended to disrupt the platform;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive our scoring or classification methods;
  • interfere with the platform’s operation or place undue load on it.

Opportunity data and quality scores

Opportunities are compiled from publicly published job listings and from member submissions, and are provided as-is. We do not warrant that a listing is accurate, current, complete, or that the role is still open. Listing text is written by the employer or the submitting member, not by us.

Quality scores, sub-scores and signals such as a confidential-search indicator are informational heuristics calculated from the content of a listing. They are not verification, not endorsement, not a prediction of any outcome, and not career, financial, legal or investment advice. Do your own diligence before acting on any opportunity.

No guarantee of employment

futurecxo.in is an information platform. We are not a recruitment agency, an employment exchange, a staffing firm or an agent of any employer or member. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment of any kind, and we are not a party to any employment contract, engagement or offer that results from your use of the platform.

Third-party links and services

Opportunities may link to third-party sites or reveal an application email address. Our discovery-call page embeds a scheduling tool operated by Microsoft. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices — their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Discovery calls

Where we offer an executive discovery call, it is a conversation about the platform and your search — it is not recruitment, placement or professional advice, and it creates no obligation on either side. Bookings are made through the third-party scheduling tool described above, and can be rescheduled or cancelled there.

Intellectual property

The platform, its design and interface, its scoring methodology and classification logic, the FutureCXO name and marks, and our compilation and arrangement of the opportunity feed belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own professional purposes.

Underlying job listings remain the property of their sources. Nothing here transfers ownership of your own content to us.

Suspension, deactivation and termination

You may stop using futurecxo.in at any time, and can ask us to close and delete your account by emailing info@seccomply.net.

We may deactivate or delete an account where:

  • these terms have been breached;
  • the account falls outside the eligibility described above;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, impersonation or misuse;
  • we are required to by law.

Deactivation blocks sign-in but keeps the record and can be reversed. Deletion is permanent and works as described in our Privacy Policy. Vacancies you submitted may be unpublished. Sections that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply afterwards.

Availability and changes

We give no uptime guarantee. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, data sources or the platform itself, and may take it down for maintenance. We will try to give notice of significant changes where it is reasonable to do so.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We are not responsible for third-party content, nor for the conduct of any member, recruiter or employer, on or off the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, revenue, reputation, data or any employment opportunity, however caused.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 10,000. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from the content you provide, from any third-party personal data in a vacancy you submit, from your breach of these terms, and from your misuse of the platform.

Confidential searches

Some opportunities are confidential, and a hiring organisation’s identity may be shielded until a later stage. Where that identity is disclosed to you, you must keep it confidential and must not pass it on.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including infrastructure or network failure, the acts of a third-party provider, industrial action, natural events, epidemics, or government action.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at the seat of our registered office, [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS], have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

Grievance redressal

For complaints about content on the platform or about these terms, contact our Grievance Officer — [GRIEVANCE OFFICER NAME], [DESIGNATION] — at info@seccomply.net. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified by email or through the platform before they take effect. Continuing to use futurecxo.in after a change means you accept the updated terms.

General

  • These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about the platform.
  • If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force.
  • You may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business.
  • A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
  • Notices to us should go to info@seccomply.net; notices to you go to the email address on your account.
  • These terms are written in English, which governs their interpretation.
